For all items sold directly by Cheers Marketplace:

• Payments: Payments are securely processed via Stripe. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the designated payment method.
• Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product availability, errors in description or pricing, or suspected fraud.
• Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice.

3. Affiliate & Third-Party Links

• No Liability: Cheers Marketplace is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites.
• Transaction Relationship: When you click an affiliate link, the transaction is strictly between you and the third-party seller. We are not a party to that contract.
• No Authenticity Guarantee for Third Parties: While we strive to recommend reputable sellers, we cannot physically inspect or guarantee the authenticity or condition of items sold by third parties. Any claims regarding these items must be directed to the third-party retailer.

4. Shipping & Returns

• Shipping: We aim to ship direct items within 3-5 business days. Shipping delays caused by carriers are outside of our control.
• Refunds: For direct sales, we offer a Return for Full Refund policy for items returned in original condition. We do not offer exchanges.
• Affiliate Returns: Returns for affiliate items must be handled through the platform where the purchase was completed (e.g., eBay's resolution center).

5. Product Condition & Authenticity

• Direct Inventory: We guarantee the authenticity of all items sold directly by Cheers Marketplace. Items are sold in the condition described (New, Like New, Very Good, Good, Acceptable, or Handmade).
• Used Electronics: All used electronics sold directly by us are tested for functionality and wiped of previous data. However, they are sold "As-Is" regarding battery longevity and minor cosmetic wear as described in the listing.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cheers Marketplace and its owners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or the purchase of products (either direct or affiliate). Our total liability for any claim arising from a direct purchase shall not exceed the purchase price of the item.
